Since virtually its inception, Binissaida Restaurant has benefited from the experience and expertise of the Menorcan gastronomic group, Ses Forquilles.
A delicate market cuisine centered on fresh and local ingredients, such as the island's fresh fish, eggs from the farm's hens, vegetables from the on-site garden, Binissaida oil, and top-quality Menorcan meat, among others. Their carefully curated wine list includes wines with the Menorca Designation of Origin (Vi de la Terra).
Binissaida Restaurant features two cozy indoor dining rooms and two outdoor spaces seamlessly connected to the estate's natural surroundings: the terrace and the large pergola with panoramic views of the gardens, ideal for summer dinners under the Menorcan sky.
Opening hours: lunches from 13:00 to 15:00 and dinners from 20:00 to 23:00.
